I can’t believe it is already April! Upon request from a few friends, we are focusing on abs in April! I did my best to incorporate moves that focus on the obliques, upper abs & lower abs. I only have the first 5 days in a printable format but the rest will come this evening.
Make sure to take before/after pics so you can see your progress.
I am going to incorporate stretching with every workout and either cardio or additional strength training.
