Advocare 10 Day Cleanse: Day 6

Day 6, cravings are gone & I am so happy! Target weight, helping my friends & feeling amazing. I have a feeling it is only going to get better. My energy levels feel really great & my son has been keeping me up at night (teething & ear infection). If this would have happened weeks ago, I would have been exhausted all day.

Here is a menu breakdown for Day 6:

Breakfast: Leftover banana pancake & kiwi

Lunch: Leftover chicken & veggies. I put the chicken over salad w/ a little olive oil & cider vinegar dressing (these were are leftovers from day 5, remember always make double so you can eat on it the next day)

Jake, one of my friends, on the cleanse found this turkey burger on Skinny Minnie Moves & we modified it for the cleanse! Original recipe lives here:

Dinner: Clean Eating Turkey Burgers served w/ lettuce, tomato & a side of organic peas


  • 1  lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • 1/2 cup diced sweet peppers (they sell a variety bag at Kroger w/ red, yellow & orange)
  • 1 Tbsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic (I used fresh)
  • 1/4 cup of organic brown rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • pepper to taste
  • seasoning the top of the burgers with your favorite seasoning, I used Old Bay



  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  • Add all ingredients to the bowl of ground turkey & mix thoroughly
  • Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray
  • Form patties & place on baking sheet, mine made 6 patties. I would make sure they aren’t really thick but can be a good size.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the oven
  • Spray a skillet with nonstick cooking spray & sear burgers for around 1-2 minutes on each side
  • Place on a paper towel to remove excess fat
  • You can use Romaine lettuce as a bun alternative, we also topped with tomato & a little mustard
  • Enjoy!
